     In short, I've imagined a narrative that includes two astronauts getting lost in space, crashing on a deserted island, fighting a giant, wild beast, exploring a cave, discovering the meaning of life, then building a temple/altar to worship that meaning of life. (Much of this narrative can be seen in the bottom half of my photos.) My artistic statement/focus in portfolio is to create works by combining elements of fine art and illustration, so by creating narrative through sculpture, I'm continuing that focus. Too easy, right? I'm envisioning a multi-layered sculpture, which carries out a visual trend I've picked up throughout the semester.
